At St Matthews we have an elite group of specialist trainers for junior and senior boxers. We deliver new emerging training techniques and offer specialist lifestyle nutrition and elite resistance techniques for our senior boxers. We also include specialist road work for speed and endurance levels

Robert Murray
Former undefeated Irish professional boxing champion, now a fully trained fitness consultant and lifestyle advisor.  Offers elite training and sports specific advice to boxers.  Robert has a number of fitness qualifications, he is also first aid trained and overlooks the health and safety aspect of the boxing club. www.robbiesfitness.com
